Mr Chris Uche, SAN, who is the lawyer to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has disclosed that a witness who came from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, read out the findings of the European Union Observers report, which stated clearly that the just concluded presidential election failed below expectation.
Speaking further, Mr Uche made it known that according to the EU Election Observers report, just only 31 per cent of what was reported during the election was mathematically accurate, describing the report as a good one.
Mr Chris Uche made this disclosure when he was interviewed after the yesterday’s court proceedings.
He said: “You can see that the witness who came from the INEC, a director read out the findings in that report which clearly stated that the election failed below expectation and that only 31 per cent of what was reported was mathematically accurate. We think this is a very good one.”
On the other hand, a witness who goes by the name, Mr Lawrence Bayode, testified that on the first of March, when INEC announced Bola Tinubu as the winner of the election, that not all the results have been uploaded on the INEC Results Viewing portal, IReV. Be it as it may, Nigerians are waiting to see how it will all end.
