Mr. Chukwuemeka Eze, a former PDP chieftain, has warned Mr. Siminalayi Fubara, the governor of Rivers State, to completely assume responsibility for his official duties because Mr. Wike Nyesom was still interfering with the State’s affairs.

He recently announced this, adding that Fubara will be held accountable for all events that took place throughout his administration, beginning with the moment he took the oath of office.

He said: ” It is public knowledge that Wike has reappointed some Commissioners who worked under him to continue with Fubara. As it is, no financial transaction takes place in the government without Wike’s knowledge and approval. In fact, he still decides how much should go to each local government from the State’s share of the federal allocation. Aside from sharing the monthly security vote with Fubara, Wike decides how much the temporary Governor gets in a month. Fubara should brace up, tackle Wike’s crude desperation and take full charge of the government for the very short time he would be serving as Governor “.
