Human rights activist Deji Adeyanju has explained why President Bola Tinubu would keep defeating other presidential candidates like Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

“If another election is conducted tomorrow with the opposition divided, Tinubu will win again by over 2 million votes,” he tweeted.

Taunting supporters of both Atiku and Obi, the social affairs commentator said: “Cry from now till 2027, Tinubu will be president and will flog your Atiku and Obi again if they don’t unite to defeat criminal APC.”

DAILY POST recalls that Atiku and Obi were both members of the PDP, the platform on which they jointly contested the 2019 presidential election.

In the build-up to the 2023 presidential poll, Obi, who was a PDP aspirant, left the party for the Labour Party.

With the two gladiators on the ballot, the votes of the opposition were divided, and this gave Tinubu the lead.

At the moment, the two parties have dragged Tinubu before the tribunal, seeking redress over an election they said was allegedly rigged in favour of the ruling All Progressives Congress.

The man of God in charge of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele, has said that the spiritual implication of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s election mantra, Emi l’okan, covers the ongoing election petitions against him, declaring that “only God can stop Tinubu from completing his tenure as President.”

The renowned seer made this remark on the sideline of the launch of the 2023/2024 ‘Warnings to the Nations, a compendium of prophecies for Nigeria and other countries of the world.

The book, which is the 29th edition, also covers prophecies about government agencies, parastatals, and organisations both in Nigeria and across the world.

Primate Ayodele described the turnout of the event as it concerns Tinubu’s emergence as a vindication of his prophecy about the mantra.

“When I revealed that ‘Emi l’okan’ was spiritual, some people became angry and started criticizing me. But I thank God that the turn of events has vindicated me. The man in question invoked the spirit of ‘Emi l’okan’ to win the election. Even ongoing court matters are also covered by this mantra. That is the area Atiku and Obi do not understand. They refuse to understand that politics is spiritual. Before you aspire to occupy a position you must seek the face of God first. Only God can remove Tinubu as it stands now,” he said.

President Bola Tinubu, Sunday said he has rejected the report by the European Unions Electoral Observer Mission on the 2023 general elections, describing the final report as a product of a poorly done desk job that relied heavily on few persons.

The president said that he has many reasons to believe the “jaundiced report”, based on the views of fewer than 50 observers, “was to merely sustain the same premature denunciatory stance contained in EU’s preliminary report released in March.”

This was contained in a statement issued by Mr. Dele Alake, Special Adviser to the President on Special Duties, Communications and Strategy, with the title, “We reject European Union’s conclusions on 2023 general elections.”
