The outcome of the most recent court hearing at the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja was disclosed in a tweet by Kenneth Okonkwo, who also happens to be the official spokesperson for the Labour Party’s presidential campaign council for the 2023 election.
In a tweet he sent on Twitter, he claimed that Michael Bamidele, one of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s attorneys, had identified all the documents that had been submitted and had also submitted an ECOWAS report on the conduct of the 2023 presidential election.
“They presented their first witness,” he added, “Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, a Legislator and Lawyer, who also claims to be called to the New York, USA Bar, and who identified all the documents tendered in evidence which he pleaded in his witness statement on oath.”
Speaking further, he stated, “The Petitioners offered the EU Report on the Election, and They tendered the ECOWAS Report on the Election. According to paragraph 17 of the ECOWAS Report submitted by the Respondents, the election was marked by violence and the deaths of Nigerians and Labour Party members.
