Kenneth Okonkwo, one of Mr Peter’s legal counsel and former Spokesperson of the Labour Party presidential campaign council, provided an update on the hearing today, stating that the Independent National Electoral College failed to bring any witnesses today. According to Kenneth Okonkwo, INEC claimed that their witness disappointed them.

In his words, “Today was scheduled for INEC to file their case at the Presidential Election Petition Court. Not surprisingly, they failed to present any witnesses, stating that their witness disappointed them”.
