According to Vanguard, INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church Primate Elijah Ayodele says “the truth” is being revealed by the current petition before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).
Primate Ayodele, in his annual prophecy book Warnings To The Nations, urged the PEPC to hold another presidential election or a rerun to restore confidence in Nigeria’s electoral process.
The primate claims that the president will do everything to protect his position as president, including filing false election-related allegations.
He warned that unless God intervened, the judges would be influenced by the President.
Primate Ayodele emphasized that the President can only be removed from office by God.
To quote him directly, The actual winner will not be given the job of taking over the government.
Atiku and Obi should have worked together to declare victory.
He warned that if the group did not exercise caution and stay together, future elections would be marred. Unless God intervenes, he said, the judges hearing the case would be corrupted.
According to Primate Ayodele, the Nigerian people will continue to suffer under the current regime as the actual winner of the elections will not be allowed to take office.
He claimed that the opposition parties inability to unite was to blame for their electoral defeat.
Primate Ayodele also expressed concerns that the credibility of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) would be damaged if the tribunal did not act fairly.
He advocated holding another election, repeating the current one, or accepting the results as they are.
Primate Ayodele’s book of prophecies ended with a plea for justice, unity of the opposition, and protection of Nigeria’s electoral system, all of which he says are at stake in the current petition to the PEPC.
