The presidential election petition case resumed on Monday but was adjourned to a later date. Oseloka H Obaze, immediately after the court sitting, made a post on his official Twitter page saying that the labour party presidential aspirant, Peter Obi is coming ” and the post has generated lots of comments
He had begun the post by stating that the court sitting was adjourned as a result of the request from the independent National Electoral Commission, INEC
According to report, INEC triggered the application for an adjournment after they claimed that the witnesses that they intended to present disappointed them
Oseloka obaze said he is dubious as to why a “witness glitch” or an EU report will induce withdrawal
He said that they will continue to seek unfettered justice
