During an interview with Channels Television, Fabian Benjamin, spokesperson of JAMB, stated that while he was coming to the interview, somebody told him that another candidate scored 400. He stated that they’re already making fun of the things because they believe that the slip can be easily tampered with.

Fabian Benjamin revealed that the governor has shown interest in the case, pointing out that they will bring all their documents to prove that the issue is not on their side. He also urged Airtel to come because they have all the transactions and messages between the candidate and them.
According to him, “As I was coming here, somebody called and said that another candidate was parading another Result that he scored 400/400. You can see that they are making fun of the whole thing. Having this slip and mutilating it and all these things, we are open. In fact, I just heard that the governor is considering a comprehensive inquiry into this matter. We’re interested. I’ve sent a message to the commissioner of education asking that she please invite us. We would come out with all the facts, and we would want to appeal to Airtel to also be here because Airtel has all the communication and interaction between this candidate and JAMB. And if the candidate is sincere about bringing her phone, these are there. “
