Speaking on Television Continental (TVC), Mr. Afegbua declared, “I will rate him 95% out of 100 because of the decisions he has made, the way in which he has made those decisions, his approach, his interactions, dialogue, and conversation have helped to explain in a very profound way the rationale for making those decisions.

Even those who have never agreed with his manner or approach are suddenly giving him praise, stating that they never imagined he would muster this sort of fortitude and political will to make those judgments from the very first day that he ascended to the leadership platform.

Thus, I think it’s a positive development that some of us recognized this in him. When we were running for office, we were confident that he would disprove the opinion of the bookies, who never saw the good in him. We know he can follow through on his commitments, and we know he has the political fortitude to make difficult choices, no matter how painful they may be, in the hope that they will ultimately serve as the necessary therapy to mend the wounds in the country. I therefore praise him.
