I Don’t Think Peter Obi Is Even In The Category Of My Father, El-Rufai or Fashola –Bello El-Rufai
Bello El-Rufai, the eldest son of the former Governor of Kadunna State, Nasir El-Rufai has stated that he doesn’t think the former Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi is in the league of the former Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola or even his father, Nasir El-Rufai, talk more of President Tinubu.
During an exclusive one-on-one with Seun Okinbaloye, Bello El-Rufai was asked whether he believes that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is better than the former Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi. In response, El-Rufai stated that President Tinubu is better than Peter Obi without a doubt.
To buttress his point, he said he is convinced that President Tinubu is better because Lagos State is better than Anambra State. He added that he doesn’t even think Peter Obi is in the same category as Fashola or El-Rufai.
In his words, El-Rufai said, “Without a doubt, I think Lagos is more developed than Anambra. I don’t think Governor Peter Obi is even in the same category as Fashola or even my father, El-Rufai. That is my view to my dear friends, the Obidients.”
He further stated that if the opposition party truly wanted to defeat APC in the last Presidential election, then, Peter Obi, Atiku and Kwankwaso should have joined forces. “If they wanted to defeat the APC, Atiku, Kwankwaso and Obi should have stayed in one party” –he stated.
