A dead baby has been found dumped in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.
A Facebook user, Prince Isamo Igajah who shared the story wrote;

The general public should know that Cross River State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs is all out to put an end to ill-treatment and abandonment of babies in the gutters and roadsides in Calabar and it environs.
As seen on the photos, a dumped baby found dead this morning, at Calabar Calabar roundabout, by High Way.
For situation of this nature, please to hesitate to reach out. Children are gift from God and leaders of our future generation.
