Uwadima claimed in a YouTube video that Tinubu’s rivals had claimed that the certificates he gave INEC contained discrepancies. Inconsistencies in the supporting evidence provided to INEC, he claimed, led the Supreme Court to invalidate the election of a governor-elect for the Bayelsa state.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu obviously has to be concerned as well, in his own words. The Supreme Court will eventually decide on this case given the information that is now coming to light in court. The Supreme Court declared the 2019 election of the APC’s candidate for governor of Bayelsa State to be invalid, which resulted in the PDP taking over as the state’s government. This is because, in accordance with the evidence presented in court, the certifications issued by NYSC and other institutions contained inaccuracies. For the same kind of certificate discrepancy, Tinubu is currently being prosecuted in court.
