“Mr President has given first-class infrastructure to Abuja. All of you can attest to the fact that, indeed, Abuja has really changed. I don’t see why anybody would say that Mr President has not done well, except you are just blind,” Wike told reporters.
The former Rivers State governor listed several key projects ready for commissioning as part of activities marking President Tinubu’s second year in office. These include:
-
Gishiri Interchange
-
Arterial Road N5 from Life Camp Junction to Ring Road III
-
Wasa District Road Project
-
Renovated International Conference Centre
-
Greater Abuja Water Supply Scheme
Wike emphasized that these projects are tangible evidence of good governance, showing that President Tinubu has delivered on infrastructure promises.
“We will spend two weeks inaugurating these projects. You’ll see the transformation and understand why this administration deserves credit,” he said.
His statement has sparked debates online, with supporters praising his transparency while critics argue that broader national issues still need urgent attention.
