What God Told Me Will Happen After Presidential Election -Bishop David Oyedepo
With 2023 presidential election set to hold on the 25th of February, God has continued to send messages of things set to occur through visions and prophecies to His people. In this light, the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo while ministering during ‘Covenant Day of Exemption Service’, disclosed a message he said he received from the Lord on what will happen after the presidential election.
The Bishop while speaking on the subtopic, Genuine love for God; enhances access to divine encounters, started by recalling what he said to Nigerians in 2015. Bishop David Oyedepo: “The Lord spoke to me, we must wake up and pray. We can’t wait for any additional crisis in Nigeria. God will do nothing if we don’t stand up and speak to the evil that has come upon this blessed nation. God told me that the problem we are having is that we have being commanding and making decrees without confessing of the sins of the nation and the sins of the church. Mark my words, worst will happen after the election if the church does not fix this.
“Church leaders are carrying money up and down; stolen money of the nation! They are prophesying in favour of people who give them money. The land is polluted, we need to repent to turn off God’s wrath on Nigeria. Now you are looking for cash, banks are been burnt. This is not normal. I saw crisis in 1979, I called the first prayer and fasting event for the nation. On the 3rd day, God said, when I give peace, who can cause trouble?”
He concluded by urging Christians to pray on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for the mercy of the Lord upon Nigerian.
