However, during one such evening prayer in Algeria, a cat climbed onto an Imam who was leading the prayer. Despite the distraction, the Imam remained focused and continued reciting the Quranic verse.
The cat eventually left after some time, but the congregants remained unfazed and continued their prayer. The incident was captured on video and went viral.
