Lawyer and member of the the labour party, Kenneth Okonkwo has said that the legal representatives of the independent national Electoral Commission, INEC, were unable to present any witness when the tribunal resumed on Monday

Okonkwo said that INEC was expected to open their case on Monday but during the process, they were unable to present any witness

Stating their reason for not being able to present their witness, Okonkwo said that they claimed their witness disappointed them
