Hojlund wants United move

Fabrizio Romano has given an update on Manchester United’s links with Rasmus Hojlund. Contrary to popular belief, the Red Devils have not yet submitted a bid for the forward. Reports suggested that United had submitted a £30 million offer but Romano has since confirmed that this isn’t the case. Whether or not they will, though, remains to be seen. Atalanta will reportedly demand a fee of around €60-70m (£51-60m) to sanction the exit of the 20-year-old just one year on from his arrival. If United do meet his price tag, Hojlund will certainly push for the move himself – Romano added that the forward “would love” to join the club having held talks with Erik ten Hag.
