Tinubu Reveals His Source Of Wealth; What He Said Is Different From What Was Said In The Past
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on Tuesday personally responded to questions about the source of his humongous wealth.
The source of Tinubu’s wealth has always been covered in mystery and as such has been questioned and investigated by many over the years.
Although, since his involvement in the 2023 presidential race, Tinubu’s aides have at different times tried to clear the air on their principal’s source of wealth.
However, during an interview with BBC which was aired on Tuesday, Tinubu personally responded to this question and he said he got his wealth from real estate.
It is important to note here that what Tinubu revealed as his source of wealth is in sharp contrast to what had been said previous was his source of wealth by aides who spoke on his behalf.
In the BBC interview, Tinubu, a former Governor of Lagos State, said he “turned the value” of the real estate he inherited into the wealth he has.
