Sunday Igboho yoruba nation activist defend Bola Tinubu
A Yoruba nation activist, Sunday Igboho has called upon some elders in Yoruba land who are complaining of Tinubu’s administration. According to SAHARA REPORTERS, Sunday Igboho made this call while speaking to some of his supporters in Oyo state after returning to Nigeria. It was gathered that the Yoruba nation activist defended Bola Tinubu, claiming that he inherited a bad economy from the previous administration.
Igboho insisted that the former President, Muhammadu Buhari is responsible for the current hardship being faced in the country. He noted that instead of complaining about Tinubu’s government, Yoruba elders should come together and free the South West from armed Fulani herdsmen who are preventing them from going to their farms. Hear him, “Many people think Tinubu destroyed the government, but Tinubu didn’t destroy the government. My pain with Yorubas is that while Buhari was in power, I was shouting that we should come together and liberate ourselves from this suffering. Buhari had nothing to offer us.
My pain is that some Yoruba elders are saying they want to hold protests that they are hungry. Have you seen any Igbos complaining? They have sent all armed Fulani herdsmen out of their lands and they are farming, doing what they want with their lands. Why can’t Yorubas come together and also pursue them from our fatherland, so our parents can go back to their farmlands?”
