The National Chairman, Inter Party Advisory Council, Yabagi Sani has reacted to the happenings in the Southeast region, regarding the attack of Southeast indigenes during election period by those who are enforcing the Sit-At-Home order. Yabagi Sani who spoke during an interview on Arise said that the leadership of Southeast which is Ohanaeze needs to talk to their people, adding that they are killing their own people and destroying their own economy.

The leadership of Southeast which is the Ohanaeze needs to talk to their people because they have a lot of work to do. Who are you killing? You are killing your own people and also destroying your own economy. At the end of the day, you are the one losing. Ohanaeze should tell his people that this is not right.”

Daily Post reported that some Sit-At-Home enforcers in Enugu State were seen beating some pupils and their teachers for disobeying the Sit-At-Home.
