Rufai explained that one of the legacy of the administration of Muhammadu buhari is the legacy of fuel scarcity. Rufai also expressed his disappointment on the increase of the price of rice in 2022. Rufai also reminded buhari they part of his legacy is the legacy of an inflation that has reached almost 20 percent.
Rufai went on to say that the true test of every leader is to assess if life has improved from what it was four years ago. Rufai went on to also note that Nigeria started the year with fuel scarcity and the country is also ending the year with fuel scarcity.
