The first witness called by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Monday, Lawrence Bayode has admitted that not all the presidential election results were uploaded into the IREV when the president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared as the winner of the presidential election
During Cross examination by one of the legal counsels of the PDP candidate, Chris Uche, SAN, the Witness, Bayode admitted that the collation of the presidential election results was done manually by the presiding officers of the electoral body
According to report on PUNCH NEWSPAPERS, he also admitted that not all presidential election results were uploaded into the IREV as of March 1, 2033, when the president, Tinubu was declared as the winner of the election
He also admitted that there was a technical glitch that affected the uploading of the presidential election results which was not reported to Amazon
