Peter Obi Launches Identity Cards and Online Registration Portal for Obidient Movement Members

According to a joint statement by the movement’s National Coordinator, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, and Director of Strategic Communications and Media, Nana Kazaure, each identity card features a unique QR code for authentication and displays the flag of the holder’s country of residence. The cards carry the prefix “OBX,” followed by characters indicating the member’s state and local government area, facilitating easy verification and promoting a sense of belonging among members worldwide.​

The QR code allows for real-time authentication, enabling members to verify each other’s identities securely. This feature is particularly beneficial for members engaging in collaborative projects or business transactions, ensuring trust and transparency within the community.​

The launch of these identity cards and the online portal represents a significant step in organizing and mobilizing the Obidient Movement, reinforcing its commitment to transparency, unity, and active civic engagement.
