Peter Obi, a member of the Labour Party, recently concluded the case against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the APC at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. According to the court proceedings, the APC and INEC are responsible for providing witnesses to defend the election outcome.
Bayo Onanuga shared on his Twitter page that INEC’s sole witness informed the court that the technical glitch during the election day did not impact the actual scores of the Presidential Candidates. The witness asserted that the election was conducted fairly, freely, and credibly.
In response to this, one individual suggested that the court should calculate the number of people who voted using the BVAS machines to confirm the accuracy of the election.
Another person mentioned that both Atiku and Peter Obi have moved on from the case, acknowledging that they are unlikely to gain anything from it. They encouraged Peter Obi and Atiku’s followers to remain calm and appreciate Tinubu’s positive transformation of Nigeria.
