President BolaTinubu’s ally and APC’s preferred candidate Senator Opeyemi Bamidele has been appointed Leader of the 10th Senate.

A letter signed by the leadership of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) named the former Governor of Ebonyi state and lawmaker representing Ebonyi south as Senate Deputy Leader.
Other notable officials include former senate leader in the 8th Assembly’s senate, which was led by Bukuola Saraki, and sixth-term senator Ali Ndume, who served as chief whip.
Deputy Whip Lola Ashiru represented the senatorial district of Kwara South.
