He alleged that the judgement was supposed to be against the server of Bvas and the machine itself.
However, he pointed out that the judgment was directly against their party and not on INEC. He explained that it’s strange on how the Court could believe that the opposition party has the legal votes from the alleged unreliable Bvas system.
He said, ”As a lawyer that participated in the proceedings, I will like to say that the judgement did not represent the evidence that was before the tribunal. The Judgement delivered by the Chairman of the Tribunal was focused on the Bvas Reports and this misconception we must clear it now.
It was a judgement against the Bvas Machine and against the deployment of the Bvas machine, and against the deployment of technology in our electoral process which has changed the game. If this judgement is allowed to stay, it will stop the use of BVAS in 2023 election. And that is the APC game plan, it will rubbish the innovation in our electoral system. APC filed a petition and premise it on BVAS report obtained from the server and not from the BVAS machine itself.”
