NNPCL Announces New Petrol Pump Price, Launches Free Fuel Promo in Abuja and Bauchi

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced a reduction in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, across its retail outlets. In Abuja, the price has been adjusted from ₦950 to ₦935 per litre, while in Lagos, it has decreased from ₦925 to ₦910 per litre .​……CONTINUE READING

This price adjustment follows Dangote Refinery’s recent decision to lower its ex-depot petrol price from ₦865 to ₦835 per litre. The refinery’s partners, including MRS and AP filling stations, are expected to retail petrol between ₦890 and ₦920 per litre, depending on the location .

In addition to the price reduction, NNPCL has inaugurated new filling stations in Abuja and Bauchi States, offering free petrol to customers during the launch. Motorists and bike riders received five litres of fuel each as part of the promotional event .​

These developments are part of NNPCL’s efforts to provide relief to Nigerians amid fluctuating fuel prices and to enhance accessibility to petroleum products nationwide.
