The gubernatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Delta state, Ovie Omo-Agege who was said to have been present during the mega campaign rally of the ruling party, alongside their presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu may have rather created an element of surprise in the manner in which he addressed the one time former governor of Lagos state.

During the speech made by the governorship candidate under the APC, there was a moment where he was heard referring to the former governor of Lagos state as Mr President when he was lamenting to him the condition of Delta state.

However, after addressing the APC presidential candidate as such, he immediately corrected himself, adding that Bola Tinubu is the president-to-be.

In his words… “Mr President, here in Delta state, we are in serious dispel, we are very very distraught. Mr President or president to be, Delta state is supposed to be one of the richest state in Nigeria”

It’s undoubtedly to say that the only person who should and can be addressed using the title as Mr President is the one who is the commander in chief of the armed forces of Nigeria, and which is Muhammadu Buhari.
