Meet the 37-yr-old Man Who Raped 4-yr-old Girl In Abia.
A magistrate court in Umuahia Abia State has slammed life imprisonment on a 37-year-old HIV-Positive man, Mr. Chiemela Victor Ekeke for raping a 4-year-old girl in Umuahia.
Magistrate N. Lekwa had in the last sitting found the accused person guilty of infant defilement.
The court however discharged the accused person on count 1, which is bordering on conspiracy.
