However, according to Mr. Oloyede, his agency’ s inquiries showed that the accused candidate ” was either duped or she is a member of a high- level syndicate engaging in manufacturing fake UTME results. “
Speaking about the situation on Monday night, Mr. Oloyede, the registrar of JAMB, claimed that the paper being exhibited by Miss Mmesoma ” belongs to another candidate who sat the examination two years ago. “
” The candidate’ s outcome will show if the code is scanned, ” he stated. I can therefore categorically state that the girl is flaunting a phony result. She is either a victim of fraud or a member of a syndicate that fabricates fake JAMB results. “
” Our results have security features, so I can emphasize that the girl is only attempting to mislead the audience. Her outcome is wholly fabricated. Her assertion that she downloaded the results from our website and printed them is untrue. People will be startled if we divulge everything we know. A commission of inquiry has been established by the Anambra State government to look into the situation.
