It is widely known that Bola Tinubu, the APC’s candidate in the February 25th presidential election, is facing a legal challenge from his opponents. However, Paul Uwadima, an author and political analyst, has expressed concerns about the issues raised against Tinubu.

In a YouTube video, Uwadima highlighted the allegations made by Tinubu’s opponents regarding inconsistencies in his submitted certificates to INEC. Uwadima pointed out that the Supreme Court had previously nullified the victory of a governor-elect in Bayelsa state due to inconsistencies in his documented certificates submitted to INEC.

Uwadima suggested that Tinubu should also be worried considering the evidence presented in court regarding certificate inconsistencies, similar to what led to the nullification of the Bayelsa State governor-elect’s election in 2019.

In his words, “It is evident that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu should have concerns, considering the mounting evidence presented in court, and it is likely that the Supreme Court will address this issue in due course.”
