The court petition case is still ongoing and yesterday, after the court petition case, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) counsel were asked some questions regarding the court petition.
According to the news shared by AIT, INEC witness, was interviewed and asked some questions which he answered briefly. He said that he’s very happy today that the final report of the international group are credited duly by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). He also said that the final report of the European Union observation mission (EU), was tendered and admitted in evidence by the court.

The INEC counsel also made a statement saying;
“Only 31 percent of results that was uploaded was mathematical correct”.

The Labour Party counsel were also interrogated and they said that INEC failed to present their witnesses at the court petition and the court case was adjourned. They also said they really want the INEC counsel to present their witnesses in order for Nigerians to really know what happened during the presidential election.
