A few hours ago, while sharing his official Twitter page, a well known Nigerian politician, chieftain of the Labour Party, LP, and legal counsel to the former governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Gregory Obi, Kenneth Okonkwo, has come out to reveal that the Independent National Electoral Commission college has failed to produce any witness today at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja.

It is no longer news that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja resumed the hearing of the petition filled by the former vice president of Nigeria and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, challenging the victory of the former governor of Lagos State and the current President, Bola Tinubu, in the February 25th Presidential election.

However, while giving updates on today’s hearing, Kenneth Okonkwo noted that the Independent National Electoral college failed to produce any witness at the tribunal, adding that they claimed that their witness disappointed them.
