No president who genuinely loves his country, will decide at the end of his tenure, to orchestrate a political environment in which his possible successor will emerge from two highly discredited individuals that have been proven to be totally corrupt and infirm to govern effectively.
The decision to make Bola Ahmed Tinubu the candidate of the ruling party, is by far the most anti Nigerian decision openly taken by a sitting Nigerian president post independence! This is a man whose drug dealing past is well documented. The Nigerian intelligence services must have vital intels on this, so the president is aware. A man who loots Lagos State on daily basis! Yet Buhari handed over the flags of the ruling party The APC to this man!
If Tinubu wins and runs Nigeria for another eight years with his highly corrupt gang of executive thieves, how could this unfortunate country survive? How would life be for ordinary Nigerians already pauperized by APCs bad governance? The country will essentially be the butt of international jokes! How can a patriotic president champion the campaign of a proven drug lord as his preferred successor while still making greater claims to greater patriotism?
In a country that can boast of some of the finest brains on earth, a socalled patriotic president went for a senile drug convict as his chosen successor! That is telling. Let us not even get into his borrowing habits that has turned Nigerias total Oil earnings into the property of foreign estate as everything earned from Oil exports are used to service obnoxious loans borrowed by this queer regime to build up infastructures in his hometown in Niger Republic while Nigerians suffer.., his grand nepotism that has torn the country apart and has now led to the emergence of different militant groups, the monumental corruption in his administration and his tone-deaf approach to basic governance and foreign policy pursuits!
