Nigerian comedian and actor, AY Makun has made it clear that he will be happy to go to his grave without sitting with his colleague, Basketmouth and his team who he had a misunderstanding with years ago.
AY made this known in a recent interview with Teju Babyface after his previous interview on his years old beef with Basketmouth was brought up again as their topic of discussion.
AY couldn’t help but wonder how one can let the grudge they hold against others linger, especially when it is an issue that can be talked about and settled over a bottle of drink.
He also recalled how he was advised to slow down with the way he was trying to reconcile. He stated that he was optimistic that things could work out, but now, he won’t be pushing things anymore.
He said: “I’m not pushing anything anymore. As I’m here now as AY, If I have to go to my grave not sitting with any of these guys to say hello, hi, I’ll be happy.
AY however, couldn’t help but wonder what would have been his case if he wasn’t who he is today and he had to run to the same people for help, because there is no way he would have gotten them to let go of the past differences.
