In a recent Facebook post, Prophet Joshua Iginla, General Overseer of Champion’s Royal Assembly, shared a prophetic message with friends and families.
During his speech, the cleric reportedly added, “The reason why many people are not blessed today is because of how they devalue some men of God in Nigeria.” He said, “You may not like my face, but remember that God chose me.” I am the wounded, fractured, and weary Barack Obama. But grace found me. On that topic, I am here today due of God’s grace. And I’m not doing what I’m doing now because I’m amazing. I am doing what I am doing right now because the great God lives within me.
“Last year, I discovered my value,” he continued. I found my true identity. And I promised myself, “While you are still alive, no man of God or living entity will change the narrative of your story.” Because the story of Peter and Matthew in the Bible changed my perspective.
“You have no idea where I’m coming from,” he said. I was not born on the same day as you. On that basis, you do not need to validate myself. I was born to a Moriamo, who carried me in her belly. She gave birth to me. And I am glad to declare that I am the offspring of a Muslim woman who became a deaconess through me. That is, she was converted through me.
