Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has made a prediction about the future political relevance of Nyesom Wike, the former governor of Rivers State, and other members of the G5, also known as the Integrity Group of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). According to Ayodele’s annual prophecy book ‘Warnings To The Nations’, he believes that these politicians will struggle to maintain their political relevance under President Bola Tinubu’s administration. The book was launched on July 1 at Ayodele’s church in Lagos.
It is believed that Wike and the other former governors are hoping to leverage their good relationship with President Tinubu to further their own political ambitions. However, Ayodele’s prophecy suggests that the G5, with the exception of Seyi Makinde of Oyo state, will face difficulties in remaining politically relevant.
Ayodele, as reported by PM , stated that the G5 governors will face various challenges and disappointments. Their attempts to switch political parties will not bring them the desired relevance. Ayodele also warned the All Progressives Congress (APC) to be cautious of these politicians’ moves.
In his words: “They will not enjoy political relevance even when they cross to other Political Parties. However, APC must be careful of such moves.’’
Lastly, Ayodele’s prophecy predicts that Nyesom Wike and the other members of the G5 will struggle to maintain their political relevance under President Tinubu’s administration. Despite their attempts to leverage their relationship with Tinubu, they will face disappointments and betrayals among themselves. Their attempts to switch political parties will not bring them the desired relevance, and the APC should be cautious of their moves.
