To refresh your mind, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu victory is currently being contested by Peter Obi of the Labor Party and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party in Abuja.

The Presidential Electoral Court started examining cases presented by the parties a few weeks ago.

Femi Falana’s reaction stated that the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, respectively, reached decisions on the petitions filed challenging the presidential election results announced by the electoral administration authorities in Angola and Kenya within 14 days.

The results of the presidential and general elections in Nigeria, however, would be confirmed after eight months, and those of the governorship elections after ten months, according to the human rights attorney.
