According to the Nation paper, renowned DJ Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has made a public announcement regarding her current relationship status.
The artist took to Twitter to confirm her breakup with her fiancé, British boxer Ryan Taylor. Alongside a photo of herself with her beloved pet dogs, she referred to herself as a “single mom of two.”
Cuppy acquired the two Pomeranian brothers in May 2021 and introduced them on social media as her “babies,” naming them Dudu and FunFun Otedola. She even went as far as creating an Instagram account for her furry companions and doing a professional photoshoot with them.
Speculation about their breakup began when both Cuppy and Taylor unfollowed each other on Instagram. Taylor later posted a cryptic message, advising people to let go of anything hindering their spiritual growth.
Shortly after, Cuppy reciprocated the unfollow, suggesting that their relationship had indeed come to an end.
During this time, Cuppy expressed her frustrations about having more fake friends than genuine ones. She revealed that after three decades of life, she only considered a few people in her circle to be true friends, perhaps even just one person.
The former couple, known for their online displays of affection, often sharing photos and showcasing their love, fueled breakup rumors with these recent actions.
Although some online fans and family members were quick to amplify the situation, it seems DJ Cuppy and Ryan Taylor have decided to go their separate ways quietly.
