According to a report by Premium Times, former Niger Delta militant leader Asari Dokubo brandished an AK-47 rifle during a live broadcast in which he vowed to ‘murder’ all Igbos. Premium Times further stated that in the viral video link, Asari Dokubo labeled the Igbos “slaves,” whom he said he would have continued to “sell” if the British Government had not intervened.
In a recent video posted on his Facebook page a few hours ago, Asari Dokubo called on the Igbos to come out and explain how he threatened them. He advised them that if they know they are strong, they should come out and lead demonstrations in other locations.
“We will meet in court or at the station, and you will bring the video and prove where I threatened the Igbos.” If you do not prove it and the government does not make you pay, I will. Come out and lead any demonstration if you know you’re strong.”
