Chelsea beat Manchester City 1-0 to win the UEFA Champions League title in 2020/2021 season. It was a huge win for the Blues with Thomas Tuchel grabbing the title in his first season at the club.

The Blues won the title thanks to Kai Havertz brilliant goal in the final. The German attacker netted the only goal of the match to help Chelsea lift their second UEFA Champions League title. Havertz has already parted ways with the Blues to sign for Arsenal for a huge fee of €70 million making him their second most expensive signing of all time after Pepe.

Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva and Antonio Rudiger formed a defensive partnership in the match. Christensen later came in as substitute for Silva after he was forced off injured in the early minutes.

Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen parted ways with the Blues to join Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively. Azpilicueta has also ended his career at Chelsea to join Laliga side Atletico Madrid on free transfer.

Reece James and Ben Chilwell were the wing backs while Kante and Jorginho formed a midfield partnership.

N’golo Kante parted ways with the Blues to join Al-Ittihad while Jorginho currently play for the Gunners.

Kai Havertz, Timo Werner and Mason Mount formed an attacking partnership. The three players currently play for another club. Mason mount recently joined Manchester United for a huge fee from Chelsea.
