Dr Moses Ogidi Paul, a serial entrepreneur and social activist launched his book titled “The Nigerian Dream”, the book launch had dignitaries like Peter Obi and Senator Shehu Sani in attendance. While Shehu Sani was leaving the event some newsmen approached him and asked him to share his thoughts about the Nigerian dream and his assessment of the Bola Tinubu administration so far.

In reaction to those questions, Shehu Sani said that Nigeria is a nation of 220 million people so what plans, provisions and what vision do we have as a nation that would take charge of our lives for the next 10 to 20 years. He said when we talk of the Nigerian dream it is about education, infrastructure and the realization of our own vision of the future.

Sharing his thoughts about the administration of president Bola Tinubu so far, Shehu Sani said that, “The sacking of the service chiefs is very important and very necessary, when people are appointed into office and they fail to perform they should be sacked, Buhari has wasted Nigeria’s time for eight years, he employed people who failed and he kept on extending their period in office, that is very wrong. He accused the previous government of all the ills in Nigeria but his government has proven to be one of the worst in Nigeria. So as far as I am concerned President Tinubu has started very well with his reform programs and what he has to be careful of is the fact that this can trigger and I think we should be clear on this, it doesn’t mean if you are from PDP or Labour party, when things are done rightly they are done rightly, and those who are in court challenging the election of this government have the constitutional right to do it nobody should stop them, but when things are done in a positive way we have to appreciate it because we came from a past of eight years of darkness”.
