These fees cover a wide range of services and materials including textbooks, laboratory supplies, health insurance, e-learning resources, personal protective equipment, project lab access, student activities, and facility maintenance.
In addition to tuition, Wigwe University offers high-end accommodation options. Housing costs range from ₦3.5 million to nearly ₦4 million per session depending on the plan selected, including options like the Classic and Premium En-Suite bedroom plans.
To ease financial pressure, the university has introduced flexible payment plans such as installment options and student loan partnerships with Access Bank.
By comparison, other top private universities like Nile University, Afe Babalola University, and Lead City University charge between ₦5.5 million and ₦5.95 million for top-tier programs like Medicine and Surgery—making Wigwe University’s tuition nearly double in some cases.
With premium facilities and world-class ambitions, Wigwe University sets a new benchmark in private tertiary education in Nigeria.
