Reacting to his apology, the outspoken influencer made it known that it was not his intention to impersonate the police force in any way, according to a recent statement made available to the general public by news outlet, VANGUARD today being Thursday the 31st day of October, 2024.
He further claimed that he was interrogated based on a costume he wore which the police asserted was theirs from a video which garnered widespread attention across various social media platforms.
‘In his words’
“Back from the police station where I was interrogated based on the post I made wearing a costume that the police claim is similar to theirs.
“I didn’t intend to impersonate the police in anyway and I tender my unreserved apologies to the Nigeria police force and the office of the Inspector General of Police.”He said.
The statements from the social critic however stirred mixed reactions from the general public as many believe his actions are uncalled for.
