Ace Senegalese American singer, Akon, has stated that Nigerians are extremely talented people, noting that Nigeria is compared to New York City as more Billionaires are being made in the country than any other country.
According to the Nigerian Tribune, the 50-year-old singer made this statement while speaking on the Drink Champ podcast. In his words, he said, “More Billionaires are being made in Nigeria than any other country. Nigeria is compared to New York City.”
“This could be debatable, but Nigerians are the smartest people on the planet. I promise you, there is nobody smarter than a Nigerian. Of course, there are a few bad apples that came out, but they are extremely smart.
Further speaking, he stated that Nigerians put their intelligence in the wrong place, noting that if it were to be channeled into positive use, it would be productive.
