Federal Government To Transport Stranded Nigerians Out Of Sudan By Road – Onyeama

Due to the volatile situation in war-torn Sudan, Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, has announced that the stranded Nigerians will be evacuated by road rather than air.

This conflict has caused the death of about 500 people, with over 3,500 injuries, and tens of thousands of people fleeing to Chad. Nigerians have called on their government to rescue their fellow countrymen.

Despite the closed airports in Sudan, the Nigerian government is committed to evacuating their citizens from the troubled nation.
