Speaking on Channels Television, Mr. Lamidi Apapa said that his party membership had been suspended ineffectively and that he was still the “legitimate acting chairman.”

 

Additionally, he said that despite several phone calls to Mr. Peter Obi, the party’s presidential candidate and former governor of Anambra State, Mr. Obi had not returned them.
