Father of deceased Chrisland student claims she died of electrocution
The controversy surrounding the death of a 12-year-old pupil, Whitney Adeniran, during her school, Chrisland’s inter-house sports at Agege Stadium has continued to rage.

The deceased’s parents earlier said she had no health issue and was hale and hearty when she left home in the school bus.
They also suspected foul play, questioned the circumstances of her death and imputed impropriety to Chrisland for rushing her to an alleged immunization centre instead of hospital.
The deceased’s father, Dr Michael Adeniran, on Sunday in an interview he granted BBC Pidgin, said his daughter died of electrocution from a bare electric wire connected to a candy flox machine operated by a vendor at the venue.
His account and that of a student of the school in a viral audio are alike.
Meanwhile the police have launched investigation into the matter.
This came as the demand for justice for Whitney led by the distraught Adenirans is spreading through the internet.
