According to Vanguard, Commenting on the outcome of the court case today, Mr Kenneth Okonkwo of the Labor Party, said that the INEC ICT director openly admitted he was unable to read the results in real-time on IREF on election day because it was locked.

In his own words, as seen in a video, INEC closed the case today, so I can’t say much about the incident.

No real-time result was uploaded at 176,000 polling stations on election day.

That’s the whole synopsis, and the INEC ICT director admitted he couldn’t read the results because they were fuzzy. And that’s after admitting that the result on EC8A must be identical to the results uploaded to IREF.

So how could they announce the winner with illegible results? Well, so far, as you know, we have closed our case earlier and under extreme conditions because we have to fight and work to get the documents to which we are entitled.

And, unfortunately, we had to subpoena INEC to get the documents.
